 OGRA RECOMMENDS RS11 PER Liter HIKE IN PETROL PRICE




ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has arranged a synopsis, looking for an expansion in petroleum costs from July 16, ARY News investigated Wednesday citing sources. 


As per sources aware of the choice, the controller has suggested an increment in petroleum cost by Rs11.50 per liter. 


The authority has proposed an expansion of Rs2.40 per liter in the cost of fast diesel, Rs1.50 in the cost of lamp oil and Rs1.40 in light diesel. 


Any official conclusion in the climb in petroleum costs would be made after endorsement from Prime Minister Imran Khan. 




On June 30, the petrol service had reported Rs2 per liter climb in petroleum cost. 


The public authority had endorsed Rs2 per liter increment on petroleum and Rs1.44 per liter on diesel. The cost of lamp fuel oil had been expanded up to Rs3.86 per liter while the pace of light diesel was lifted to Rs3.72 per liter
